What we collect
Account information you provide directly: name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Brokerage connection details, handled through SnapTrade's hosted authentication flow. We never see or store your brokerage username or password — only an encrypted access token scoped to your account.
- Agent configuration you set: strategy choices, risk limits, allowed symbols.
- Trading activity generated by your agents: orders proposed, orders blocked and why, and orders actually sent to your broker.
- Anything you send us directly, such as a message through the Contact page.
What we don't collect
We do not ask for or store your brokerage password. We do not access your brokerage account outside the permissions you grant through SnapTrade's connection flow, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How we use it
- To run the service — connecting to your brokerage, evaluating your configured limits, and executing the orders your agent proposes.
- To show you your own account and trading history within the product.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the platform, including detecting abuse.
Third parties we rely on
Brokerage connectivity is provided by SnapTrade, which handles authentication with your broker directly. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by a third-party payment processor rather than by us directly. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep your account and trading history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your brokerage connection and personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal or regulatory reasons.
Your rights
You can review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Disconnecting a brokerage connection stops the agent from acting on it — it does not sell or close any position, since we never hold your funds.
Security
Brokerage credentials are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, and we do not store more than the minimum data required to operate the service.
